We started real estate investing in 2003.  In the past 16+ years, a lot has changed in real estate and in all financial markets.  There's been ups, downs, seller's markets, and buyer's markets.  But what hasn't changed is our desire to provide the people of the Lakeway Area with quality housing at affordable prices.  If you sell to us, we will treat you fairly.  If you buy from us, we will treat your fairly.  And we're going to be honest in all dealings.  When we rehab a house, we're not covering anything up.  We're remodeling it to the same standard as we would if we planned to live their ourselves.  Could we squeeze a few more dollars out of each deal by cutting corners?  Sure.  But that's not in our DNA.  Give us call when you're ready to buy or sell.  We charge NO commission, and we aren't real estate agents.  We're investors, expert contractors, and we have solutions to help you buy, sell, or rent to own.
